01. Ensure compliance

I work in your corner to ensure the details are in place and assist from start to finish so that any compliance requirements are fulfilled. I will work with you and your broker to ensure that what is required is completed and uploaded to the platform of use.

02. Act as a liaison

Assisting in introductions and follow-ups between the parties keeps the transaction moving forward and helps solve issues as they arise. This opens the doors to allow me to ask for updates from each party as requested by You or as needed for the file.

03. Timelines and reminders

Using calendar reminders with invites sent to You, I ensure the timeline is correct and we stay on track to closing. Making sure documents are delivered and different factors completed prior to or on the deadline will keep all parties happy and on the same page. Whether it is Contingency Removals or Solar Transfers, I will make sure that we stay where we need to be on the roadmap of the transaction.

04. Education

I stay up to date in the required technology and systems to correctly complete the documents and learn new systems as needed. I also expand my education through C.A.R to continue learning so that I can perform my best for You.

05. Customer service

In a world of business mainly driven by referrals and reputation, customer service is very important! Having someone on your team that finds these practices as important as You only helps in opening doors for relationships and opportunities.

06. Freedom and trust

Full Transaction Services

(Buyer or Seller)

  • Introduction email to Buyer/Seller providing timeline and transaction information

  • Set calendar alerts according to appointments/timeline and send invitations to Agent for their calendar and update according to amend/extends

  • Send explanations of documents when sending to Buyer/Seller for signatures

  • Send Title/Escrow Buyer's contact information and remind the Buyer to wire initial deposit according to directions received

  • Order Home Warranty/Waiver per contract

  • Schedule inspections and monitor status of reports

  • Complete AVID, RR, and other documents according to Agent's notes

  • Follow up on repairs and receipts

  • Ensure all parties have all documentation needed throughout transaction

  • Handle closing documents, securely
